Our Mission "Opening the door to a better future" Adult Education empowers individuals to become self-sufficient, to acquire the skills necessary for employment, effective communication, and personal success. We assist adults in becoming literate and obtaining the knowledge that they need in order to complete their secondary education or to enhance their English language skills. Eligibility • Individuals must be at least 16 years of age for eligibility in adult education programs within the state of Utah. • Student must have at least 12 study hours per year to be considered an enrollee of Arches Education Center. • Students must have a Student Education Occupation Plan (SEOP), developed with Arches Education Center. • Students must take a basic skills assessment to enroll in our programs. The adult education programs of Utah do not discriminate in its programs based on race, color, national origin, sex or disabilities.
